TED is a non-profit devoted to spread ideas, usually in the form of short, powerful talks. TED began in 1984 as a conference where Technology, Entertainment and Design converged, and today almost all topics – from science to business to global issues – in more than 100 languages. Meanwhile, independently run TEDx events help share ideas in communities around the world.
This year TEDWomen will be held in San Francisco on the 27th of October and will be broadcasted worldwide through TEDxWomen events.

We will start the evening with a welcome cocktail at Arcadia, 20, Rue des Eaux-Vives. The cocktail starts at 18h00 and is included in the price.
